Remote Cold Caller — US Land Acquisitions
You'll cold call US land owners using CallTools, identify motivated sellers ready to sell their property, and negotiate pricing. Salary paid weekly — plus a 3% bonus when each deal sells, averaging ~$600 per deal.
What You'll Do Every Day
Cold call 150-250+ land owners per day
Use CallTools and power-dialing software to reach US property owners. You’re the first voice they hear from Jerez Land.
Find motivated sellers
Follow a proven cold call script to qualify leads. Ask about their property, their timeline, and what price they’d accept.
Negotiate pricing and handle objections
Anchor pricing based on market data, handle responses like “I’m not interested” or “make me an offer,” and schedule callbacks with the acquisitions team.
Log every call in the CRM
Record every call outcome, seller notes, pricing discussed, and callback times in Follow Up Boss so no lead falls through the cracks.

Deal Bonus
3% When the Deal Sells
Be patient: Land deals take 90-180 days to close. Your first bonus won't arrive for several months — but after 6 months, top callers have 10-20 deals in their pipeline ($6k-$12k in pending bonuses).
